If I had to sum up this last quarter in one image, it would be a big spring cleaning… in the middle of fall. Since October 3, Venus retrograde has been making us reopen the drawers of the heart: what nourishes us, what holds us back, and that ex whose name still flashes in our thoughts. Mercury joins in from October 24 to November 13: messages cross, words run ahead of thoughts. It's not a breakdown, it's a tune-up.
Then, on November 13, Venus turns direct again, and on the 16th, Mars meets Jupiter in Leo: hearts reopen, declarations come out of the drafts folder. How I built it: for each month from October to December, 2 points when my forecasts announce an encounter or a strong moment, 1 point for a calm month, 0 for a tense month, and 1 extra point for a dated romantic highlight. Venus retrograde until November 13, Mercury retrograde from October 24 to November 13: the perfect duo for misunderstandings and regrettable texts. Save your big love decisions for the second half of November. Your phone has an airplane mode; now is the time to use it.
On November 16, Mars meets Jupiter in Leo: courage and luck dance together. It's the moment to accept the invitation, make the first move or finally say what you feel. Boldness will be rewarded, as long as you stay sincere.

It's based on my monthly love forecasts for October, November and December 2026, sign by sign, and on the site's ephemeris for every date mentioned (local time). The ranking follows a simple grid, explained under the table: it counts the promising months and the dated highlights, it doesn't measure your chances to the exact percentage.
Venus is retrograde from October 3 to November 13, 2026. It moves backward in Scorpio, slips back into Libra on October 25, then turns direct on November 13. It returns to Scorpio on December 4. To find out more, read my article on Venus retrograde in 2026.
Taurus, Cancer and Scorpio are best placed: their forecasts announce encounters or strong moments in October and December, with a highlight around December 12. Virgo and Capricorn follow closely, with a festive December full of promise.
The second half of November, once Venus has turned direct and Mars has met Jupiter (November 16), then the month of December, especially around the 12th, with the Venus-Mars sextile.
Venus retrograde brings up the past, that's its role. It invites you to understand what still binds you to this person, not necessarily to pick up the story where you left it. If the urge is still there after November 13, it deserves to be heard; if it fades away, it was probably just nostalgia.
From October 24 to November 13, Mercury retrograde in Scorpio mainly scrambles communication: misread messages, rescheduled dates, unspoken words that come out. Read before you send, and prefer face-to-face conversations.
The stars draw a weather forecast, not a destiny. Venus can open a door; you're the one who chooses to walk through it (or to close it gently).
