Did you know that your ascendant sign is actually your 1st House? To put it simply: the circle of the 12 zodiac signs is divided into 12 sectors of life also called "astrological houses." The first astrological House begins with your Ascendant, which falls into a specific sign based on your birth details (date + time + place of birth are necessary here). EX: If your first astrological House starts in Aries, you are an Aries Ascendant. Got it?

Each astrological house corresponds to a specific domain of our existence, and the planets located in the different astrological houses at the time of our birth determine various aspects of our personality. To know which planets are in your astrological houses, you need to know your natal chart.

Depending on your question, astrologers will study the relevant astrological houses and the different planetary aspects. For example, to know if you will get pregnant, the astrologer will study your 5th House. 

👉 Note: In the study of a natal chart, we analyze the astrological House in a sign (e.g., a 2nd House in Virgo) THEN we check if there are planets in it and whether these planets form aspects with other planets... The interpretation will be refined accordingly. It is common to have astrological houses without planets in them.
