When is the best time to buy a property in 2027?
Summer, for most signs: the Jupiter-Saturn trine of July 11, Jupiter entering Virgo on July 26 and the total solar eclipse of August 2 make three very supportive weeks, especially for Taurus, Cancer, Leo and Gemini. April is another great window, with the trine of April 3 and Jupiter turning direct on April 12.
Should you avoid signing during Mercury retrograde?
Astrological tradition advises rereading, checking and renegotiating rather than signing during the three phases of 2027: from mid-February to early March, from mid-June to early July, and in October. If you can't choose the date, take the time to reread every clause and have the inspections checked: that's exactly what Mercury retrograde asks of you.
