Every flame speaks to your signs. What are yours?
Sun, Moon and Rising: the foundation of your birth chart
Did you know that a candle represents the human being? Its wax stands for the body, its wick for the mind and its flame for the soul. Hence the importance of knowing why you light it.
You can also dedicate it to an archangel to make your request stronger. Here is each one's candle, day after day.
✦
Each day of the week has its candle color and its archangel, to whom you can address your request.
Yellow or gold candle
Wisdom and illumination of the mind.
Pink candle
Pure love, tenderness and peaceful relationships.
Gold and ruby candle
Peace, grace and abundance.
✦ ✦
This distribution is that of the seven rays tradition, widespread in Latin America and in contemporary spirituality: seven archangels, seven colors, seven days.
The Kabbalah, which our archangel guides follow, links each archangel to a sephira and sometimes gives him another color. Both coexist: choose the one that speaks to you, and stay faithful to it for the length of your ritual.

Light your candles away from drafts, which could blur the flame's message.
A white one on the right, for balance, and one in the archangel's color on the left, with a glass of water nearby.
Light them with faith, address your request to the archangel of the day and let the flame accompany you.
Don't have the right color at hand? A white candle can replace all the others: simply entrust it with the intention of the archangel of the day, then let it burn down or snuff it without blowing.
✦ ✦
Lighting a candle has always carried a positive meaning, and it was once a mark of respect toward people of high rank.
For the first Christians, who met in secret in dark, underground places, light was a necessity before it became a symbol: that of the divine presence among the faithful.
