It's Virgo season, but what does that mean?

It's no coincidence that Virgo's season follows that of Leo, (which allowed us to shine in the summer heat.) Virgo is a mutable sign, which means that it marks the transition between two seasons, heralding the end of summer and the arrival of autumn 🍂. More symbolically, this season can represent the end of something and the beginning of a new phase, meaning it brings about big changes.

As the sun enters Virgo, seriousness should be your focus

After the pleasant season of Leo, comes the season of Virgo, and all of a sudden, the mood becomes much more serious. The sign of Virgo asks us to reflect, to plan our return to school, this new beginning, and to think hard 🤯. It's a sign of reflection and questioning; under its influence, we have to rethink our habits, our ways of doing and thinking. Is it really effective? Useful? Good for me? For others? It's time for to-do lists and top-notch organization!

Under its influence, we'll also be more attentive to details, and to little things we'd never noticed before 🧐. We can also become more critical, of ourselves or others, which can lead to unease or tension with those around us. Here, good communication is the key. Be careful not to sacrifice yourself in the face of the back-to-school mental load, as Virgo can tend to put on pressure, and this constant quest for perfection can be difficult to live with.

The Virgo season is also a time of healing, when we learn to take care of ourselves and our bodies. It's the right time to pamper ourselves, indulge ourselves, adopt a new, healthier routine, give up a bad habit like smoking, or get back into sports. It's time to let go of old wounds, physical or emotional, and to take care of others - Virgo is a nurse. Be careful, however, not to forget yourself along the way.

The Virgo season intervenes as a time of healing in our lives.

📍
Note that this Virgo season could be tricky at times, as Mercury retrograde from August 23 to September 14, then Uranus retrograde, and finally Jupiter retrograde from September 4. Venus resumes its direct course on September 4. I won't leave you in the lurch: you'll find all the info you need to make sure things go smoothly in the dedicated articles 😉.

What should we do during Virgo season?

The energies of the Virgo season are strong, and it's important to respect its rhythm. To live this season well:

We question everything, we think differently, and we dissect our habits and our usual ways of functioning.

  • We program this new beginning, and we do it well, we plan, we make lists (which we try to follow), we organize ourselves, we define our priorities, etc.
  • Likewise, we anchor ourselves in our lives while looking to tomorrow and no longer fearing to revise our demands at the last minute.
  • We’ll choose to focus on our lives while looking to the future, no longer afraid to raise our standards or dream big. This is especially true in the professional arena.

✨ Make the most of Virgo's energies, know how to welcome them, and take advantage of them. The sign of Libra will follow on September 23, taking us on a quest for balance and harmony...
