Be careful not to sacrifice yourself in the face of the back-to-school mental load, as Virgo can tend to put on pressure, and this constant quest for perfection can be difficult to live with.
The Virgo season is also a time of healing, when we learn to take care of ourselves and our bodies. It's the right time to pamper ourselves, indulge ourselves, adopt a new, healthier routine, give up a bad habit like smoking, or get back into sports. It's time to let go of old wounds, physical or emotional, and to take care of others - Virgo is a nurse. Be careful, however, not to forget yourself along the way.
