Iezalel is the thirteenth sacred name of the Shem HaMephorash — the 72 divine names drawn by kabbalists from the three verses of Exodus (XIV, 19-21). His Hebrew name יזלאל literally translates as "God glorified in all things". Tradition calls him the "Conciliator of God", for he works towards harmony between beings. The traditional call formula, taken from the Psalms, is: "Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise" (Psalm 98, v.4).

His place in the angelic hierarchy

Iezalel belongs to the choir of the Cherubim — the guardians of Light and the stars, placed under the authority of the Sephirah Hochmah, Wisdom (with Tiphereth, Beauty, as secondary Sephirah). They transmit the divine order and awaken consciousness. His ruling archangel is Raziel, keeper of the mysteries and secrets of Creation.

His spiritual mission

Carried by the energies of Uranus and the Sun, Iezalel awakens in his protégés a deep desire for unity. He teaches that we do not grow alone: it is in meeting the other, the "opposite pole", that the most fruitful bonds are built.

Settle in a quiet place, breathe and let stillness come over you. If possible, light some Electra incense. You can hold a lapis lazuli stone in your hand to amplify the connection. What matters most is sincerity.
