Hahaiah's message
"When the world feels hostile to you, I build around you a shelter that no storm can reach. I am the refuge where your heart can at last lay down its fears and find its breath again."
"Fear neither silence nor solitude: it is there that I speak to you most clearly. Listen to the quiet voice of your soul — it already knows the way to peace."
✦ ✦ ✦
Hahaiah is often pictured as a feminine angel, a symbol of protection and gentleness. He watches over spiritual, wise and discreet souls, and stays close to those going through hardship or injustice. He is said to protect fragile hearts — a lighthouse in the night for anyone trying to find their bearings again.
Hahaiah is the twelfth sacred name of the Shem HaMephorash — the 72 divine names drawn by the kabbalists from three verses of Exodus (XIV, 19-21). His Hebrew name הַהַעְיָה translates literally as "God the refuge". He is sometimes called the "Confidant of God", for he gathers whispered prayers and secret thoughts. The traditional call, taken from the Psalms, is: "Why, O Hahaiah, do you stand far off? Why do you hide yourself in times of trouble?" (Psalm 10, v.1).
Hahaiah belongs to the choir of the Cherubim — the guardians of light and of the stars, placed under the authority of the Sephirah Chokmah, that of wisdom. This choir carries divine knowledge and enlightens the mind. Its ruling archangel is Raziel, keeper of divine secrets and mysteries, who helps to lift the veil of the invisible.
Hahaiah's mission is to build within each of us a haven of inner peace. He calms the storms of the heart, dispels doubt and invites a deep introspection that reveals our true essence.
He lifts us above the low vibrations of jealousy and lies, and teaches us to listen to the heart. To those facing adversity — including women mistreated by those around them — he extends a caring protection and a quiet comfort.
If Hahaiah is your protecting angel, know that he is always watching over you, wherever you are. He may even choose to send you a message when he feels you need to hear it — through a mirror hour, or by placing a feather on your path 🪶. Stay attentive 😉.

Hahaiah listens most closely on his annual regency days: 31 March, 12 June, 24 August, 5 November and 17 January. During the day, he is most receptive between 03:40 and 04:00. In the gentle hush of dawn, this window opens a rare gateway to his presence.

Prayer to the angel Hahaiah 🕯️
To call on Hahaiah, say this prayer with amber and nutmeg incense:
"Lord, You who allowed Your breath to mingle with mine, so that I might contemplate, within me, the beauty of a boundless Love, let me be for my brothers the one who passes on Your divine harmony, the one who brings peace and calm to troubled souls. Grant, Angel Hahaiah, that there be no confusion between Love (which is Universal Law) and the passions that so often stir the heart. Lord and Angel, I wish to play the part, always, of a good intermediary, never that of a solitary leader."
Reciting this verse is in itself an invocation. According to kabbalistic tradition, it carries the Hebrew letters of Hahaiah's name.
"Why, O Hahaiah, do you stand far off? Why do you hide yourself in times of trouble?"
